I’ve been quiet online this week. Sunday afternoon, while making tea, I burned my left hand. Which earned me a one way ticket to the emergency room with second degree burns. Not fun. All is well. The hand is healing nicely. It did keep me off the computer for the most part. I can’t type one handed. At the moment I am without the huge bandage. Strange thing about burns, after the first 24hours or so, it doesn’t really hurt. The blisters hurt and the skin was sensitive, but not what I would call painful. The initial pain I wouldn’t wish on my worst enemy. I see this experience making it’s way into a book at some point.
In terms of Row80- I got nothing. The only thing I can do without problems is read and watch the Olympics. That’s what I’ve been doing. I hope this week I will spend more time without the bandages and get a little writing done.
Have a good week.

Ouch. Wishing your hand a speedy recovery.
Gosh, whose blog was it that I recently read where they’d kept a journal of an injury in order to use it in their writing? Mostly the intent was to remember what they were able to do at specific times during recovery. Write what you know, indeed! 😉
